Guest Agreement:

To comply with local laws and regulations, a signed Guest Agreement and valid photo ID are required prior to check-in. After booking, you will receive a link to review and sign the agreement. It outlines house rules, occupancy limits, and other terms of your stay.

If you would like to review the agreement before booking, please contact us. Failure to sign the agreement or provide ID may result in cancellation of your reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy. Check-in instructions will be provided once all required documents are completed.

Security Hold:

A security deposit hold is required prior to check-in. This is a temporary authorization on your payment method, not a charge. The hold is released after checkout, subject to the terms of the Guest Agreement. All payment information is processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider, and is not stored nor accessible by us.

Rental Term:

Pursuant to local laws, this property hosts one rental party per thirty-day period. Your rental term is thirty days regardless of your actual length of stay (you don't have to stay all 30 days). Rates and minimum stay requirements are based on a thirty-day rental term, regardless of whether a quote displays the monthly rate as a nightly rate that suggests this property can be rented for a shorter period. Dates described as "Check in", "Check out", "Arrival", "Departure" or similar terms anywhere on this site or in any communications, indicate dates of occupancy, not an advertised rental term. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

Cancellation Policy:

By booking this property, you agree to the following cancellation terms: The 3% payment processing fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a 97% refund; cancellations made 31–60 days before arrival receive a 47% refund; no refunds are provided for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
